Steps Taken After Becoming an Owner
Here’s what’s involved in our onboarding process after your opening date is approved:

1Development Handover (90 days before launch)
After you've executed the Franchise License Agreement, we'll transfer development to Franchise Operations, setting the stage for your GoJoe Patrol journey.

2Strategic Planning (60-90 days before launch)You'll have an introduction call, during which we'll review the Master Checklist, set training and go-live dates, order vehicles and equipment, assign your Marketing action plan, and review the Start-Up Manual together.

3Market Preparation (45-60 days before launch)We'll finalize your market introduction and sales plan, get your new location loaded into our REVSUITE platform, and order any additional equipment and supplies you'll need.

4Recruitment Phase (30-45 days before launch)You'll complete comprehensive training in Spokane and start placing employment ads. We'll review and document follow-up items while tracking your master checklist progress.

5Brand Establishment (15-30 days before launch)We'll review and update your Marketing Collateral and Website content with your contact information, ensuring your local presence is ready to launch.

6Team Assembly (14 days before launch)You'll hire your security officers, we'll complete and send out your Press Release, execute your Marketing plan, and you'll start contacting prospects to set appointments.

7Launch Countdown (7 days before launch)Your website will go live, our onboarding team will arrive onsite, you'll conduct a Sales Blitz with calls, complete additional training, ensure all required items are in place, and activate your Security Services.

8Grand Opening (0-3 days post-launch)
Our GoJoe Patrol onboarding team will remain onsite to review the launch with you and address any immediate concerns.

9System Integration (7-14 days post-launch)You'll complete Brand & System training, and we'll review and assign any necessary follow-up items to ensure smooth operations.

10Command Transfer (15-30 days post-launch)
We'll officially turn over operations to you, review your first invoice from GoJoe Patrol, and set up monthly follow-up and progress calls with Franchise Support to ensure your continued success.
